Objective :

To be able to recognise the dangers involved in the manual handling of items. To be ale to risk assess manual handling operations. To understand the techniques of kinetic lifting.

Kinetic lifting techniques

Who Should Attend:

Anyone within a work environment who in the course of their work lift items of weight or awkward size.
