FLT Training

Objective :

To be able to safely operate a fork lift truck to national standards as described in HSE ACOP L117.

To pass the test of operating skills and theory to RTITB accredited standards.

Course Content :

Theory

Safe use of forklifts.

Principles of lifting.

Duties under HASAWA.

Practical

From basic manoeuvres to picking up and transporting loads.

Pre-use inspection.

Battery charging.

General :

All courses run to RTITB standards.

All instructors are RTITB registered.
