Our customers are important to us, be it someone on an apprenticeship, a school taster session, a forklift instructor course etc, everyone’s experience is important to us.

In order to ensure this we monitor training we seek feedback at relevant times, follow a customer charter and monitor success rates.

We are subject to regular audits from all the award bodies that we work with:-

Skills Funding Agency.

 

 

Local Education Authorities.
