Our customers are important to us be it someone on an apprenticeship, a school taster session, a forklift instructor course etc, everyone’s experience is important to us.

In order to ensure this we monitor training; seek feedback at relevant times, follow a customer charter and monitor success rates.

We are subject to regular audits from all the award bodies that we work with, the Learning and Skills Council, Local Education Authorities and Ofsted, (our latest Ofsted inspection report is available on the Ofsted website) www.ofsted.gov.uk
