Full-Time Business Administration 

The apprentice will be dealing with general office duties to include dealing with incoming/outgoing mail. Processing purchase orders and answering and making telephone calls .

Apprenticeship summary

Working week

Monday to Friday; 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with 1 day each week attending college 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. Shifts to be confirmed.

Daily duties will include:

  • Working in an office answering the telephone

  • Inputting data

  • Taking bookings

  • Ordering parts

  • Paying invoices

  • Contacting customers if required

  • There will be a need to work with spreadsheets, send e-mails, and some general typing

  • Taking payments by card and cash

  • Handling mail

Desired skills

Should have a good telephone manner and be confident in greeting clients. should be competent in the use of computer systems and have basic knowledge of Word and Excel.

Desired qualifications
