Full-Time Customer Service / Parts Vacancy

The successful applicant will be involved in the day to day running of a parts department and will be primarily responsible for the receipt of parts through to selling to the end user, via telephone, email and customer facing roles.

Daily duties will include:

The successful candidate will be involved in the day to day running of the parts department. Duties to include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries via email, telephone or face to face

  • Will be taking payments and handling cash

  • Arranging shipments

  • Packing and shipping

  • Receiving goods

  • Will be involved in the control of stock levels

Desired qualifications

The successful applicant should have a good standard of education - preferably maths and English and ICT but these are not essential.
